Friendly telephone advice every day

We hope everyone is keeping safe and well. Following the Welsh Government’s announcement on 8th May, there is no change in the dental sector in Wales.

We have a team, including a friendly dentist, available every day over the telephone for advice and emergency services as required. Dental Practices are not allowed to perform routine treatments at present.

We will keep you updated as more information becomes available.

We really hope to see you all again soon.

In the meantime, stay safe, and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have a dental problem on 01639 882280.

Important COVID-19 and your dental appointment- latest update

We have been informed by the Welsh Government late today that we have entered Dental alert level RED. This means that all routine dental services must cease.

Only patients who have been triaged by us and given an emergency appointment will be allowed onto the premises.  If you do not have an appointment and arrive at the door you will be turned away.
We will be able to offer telephone consultations for those who are in self-isolation, or have chosen to self-isolate.
Over the next few days we will continue to contact all our patients with existing appointments.
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding during this unprecedented period of difficulty. We are committed to continue serving our patients through this challenging time and we are here to help.

Please don't hesitate to telephone us if you have any questions. We will always be at the end of the phone during normal working hours.

We look forward to seeing all our patients back in the Practice as soon as is possible.

Important Update - Coronavirus Covid-19 and your dental appointment

Following new guidelines we have received from the Dental Director at Swansea Bay University Health Board, regrettably we must postpone all non-essential dental treatments until further notice. This is aimed at slowing the transmission of COVID-19 and protecting our patients and team.

Patients with a genuine dental emergency will be seen by appointment only. Please do not turn up at the practice without ringing to make an appointment. Appointments will be staggered to reduce collective waiting. Can we politely ask that if you are attending the surgery that you attend alone, unless you need assistance. This is to reduce the footfall through the practice.

This is a worldwide, unprecedented and challenging time for everyone. The health and safety of our patients and team remain our priority.

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Coronavirus and your dental appointment.

The NHS is well prepared for outbreaks of new infectious diseases and has put in place measures to ensure the safety of all patients and NHS staff while also ensuring services are available to the public as normal.

We are continuing to monitor this situation closely and receive guidance from Public Health Wales and the British Dental Association.

Check the gov.uk website for advice on your travel and contact history and the latest COVID-19 information before attending the dental practice. You may need to call NHS 111 for further advice before making or attending your appointment.

When you enter the practice, you will be asked to use the hand gel provided.

Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any questions
